Independence Day July 4th, 2020

We celebrate Independence Day 2020 at a time of uncertainty and anxiety. As leaders of private companies and public organizations, we have a special obligation to think about the meaning of independence and our roles as leaders. With independence comes opportunity. With independence comes responsibility.

I believe this July 4th is an opportunity to refresh our thinking about independence, opportunity, and responsibility. As leaders, we have a responsibility to break down barriers to becoming the best community and the best person we can be.
