About Rick Williams

Rick is an engaging podcast host and guest. His podcast, Create the Future with Rick Williams, invites leaders to talk about difficult decisions they made and the lessons they learned.

As a podcast guest, Rick draws on his book Create the Future, the essential leadership guidebook for making difficult decisions, and on his experience as a company founder, board member, and management consultant. He shares stories and innovative points of view from the many articles he has published worldwide on how to be a more successful leader of your company or any organization.

Rick is a championship sailboat racer. His racing includes the Newport to Bermuda Race. He draws lessons and tells stories from winning and losing sailing races that guide his thinking about successful leadership in business.
