Launch Party

We had a book launch Celebration in Boston at the end of October. I was humbled and honored by colleagues and friends from the greater Boston community who shared this important moment for me. So many wanted to attend that we had to stop registration. Happened to also be my birthday. I told the creation story of writing the title, Create the Future, on the back of a placemat while sitting at a rooftop cafe in Casablanca, Morocco. Starting with notes on a placemat about a leader’s responsibility to create the future for the organization he or she leads to the book being a #1 Best Seller on Amazon has been quite a journey!
