We explored how leaders will make better decisions by asking questions, accepting the possibility that they might be wrong, and embracing the concept that all ideas are good ideas.
Yes, we talked about lessons learned from my sailboat racing, but our focus was on practical steps you can use, starting tomorrow, that will make you into a smarter decision maker. We talked about how each of us personally, and in our leadership role in our company, can become a better decision maker and make choices better matching our goals, risk preferences, and values.
